Stripped out the thumbscrew in your diagonal or barlow or adapter?
Tap it to the next larger size! Here are sets that come with a drill bit
and tap for a particular size, with a tap handle too. You provide the
drill motor and intestinal fortitude, perhaps a tiny drop of light oil.
Sizes listed are common for 1.25" and 2" barrel thumbscrews. Tap
handle holds #0 to 1/4" size taps, body is 2-3/4" long. Two-fluted
premium spiral taps are ideal for aluminum, steel and plastic too.
Wear your safety glasses when using all tools. Skill, experience
and instructions are not included!
