LX200 Classic 10" and 12" Mirror Stabilizer/Lock
This device screws into the primary mirror shipping bolt hole,
and adjustable spring pressure applies tension to the primary
mirror cell to stabilize the mirror. This reduces mirror shift
while focusing and fights the dreaded 'mirror flop' when crossing
the zenith. Doesn't need adjustment every time you focus. Also
locks the mirror position for using a secondary focusers, for
astrophotography or for shipping. Stainless steel rod with
ABS, nylon and vinyl fittings. Can not be used with a Fine
Focus Knob or focus motors on the main focus knob. Not for
LX200-GPS.
